Creatine Pure

Creatine Pure is a dietary supplement that athletes and many bodybuilders use to increase high intensity exercise performance, increased strength, have fuller looking muscles, increase body mass and faster post workout muscle recovery.

As a dietary supplement, mix one scoop (5 gm) in 8 - 10 ounces of water or juice. Drink it immediately. To maximize results, drink 8 - 10 ounces glasses of water daily.

Creatine is a natural substance found in our muscle cells, especially around the skeletal muscle with about 95% of the body's Creatine supply, and the remaining 5% is stored in other parts of the body. Creatine is a metabolite produced in the body which mainly consists of three amino acids namely - methionine, arginine, and glycine. If you miss a dose of Creatine Pure, use it as soon as possible. If it is almost time to take the next dose, skip the dose and go back to the regular dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

Store Creatine Pure at 77 degrees F (25 degrees C). Brief storage between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C) is permitted. Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Creatine Pure out of the reach of children and away from pets.

Creatine naturally exists in your body. So it's not some miracle drug scientists created. The amount of Creatine in your body depends on your body weight and mostly on your muscle mass. An average 150lb person will have about 120 grams of creatine, and an average person uses up about 2 grams of Creatine a day. Creatine is found mostly in meat and fish. Some good sources of Creatine include cod, tuna, salmon, beef and pork.
